• The tenant is responsible for all negotiations in relation to these apartments.

• The rental agreement will be provided by the landlord’s agent and key terms of the agreement cannot be changed.

• The agency will not provide any additional support during the negotiations, lease term or lease termination.

• Any additional services (transportation, negotiations, lease support, property management, small repairs, move-in assistance, lease termination support, etc.) are available for an additional fee.

• After making your selection, click on the "Send by email" link and email the selection to us on info@evans.ru. Please make sure that you have completed all the fields of the form and have put "No fee offer" in the "message" field.

• Alternatively, you can call to our office and let our representative know that you are calling about the "no fee" offer. Please indicate the time, when you are available for viewing, and provide your full contact information including phone number and email and have the IDs of the apartments you have chosen handy.

• Once we have all the information, the appropriate agent will contact you to discuss the details of the property and schedule a visit.

Please note that only the apartments listed in this section of our website are offered without a commission fee from the tenant. All the other apartments, which come up in a regular search, which you might do, require a commission of one month rent.

If you choose to pay the commission, you will significantly increase your apartment choices and you might be able to find a better apartment or lower rent. Moreover, when using our full service, you are entitled to a number of additional services, which include free transportation in the company car for viewings, representation in negotiations with the landlord, move-in assistance, property management and small repairs throughout the lease term, furniture shopping, assistance with Internet, satellite TV and any other similar service set up, ongoing lease support and other complementary services.
