Lease management

Our help does not end on the day you sign your lease or move-in to a property of your choice in Moscow. We are available for you during the entire length of the rental contract to address and help to resolve any issues that might arise and to manage your relationships with the landlord, neighbors and local building administration. We will resolve any conflicts or misunderstandings, facilitate lease prolongation, and assist with early lease termination.

Lease termination

Often early or even expected termination becomes a sensitive issue. Evans professionals will oversee the termination of your lease, the return of the security deposit and protect your interests in case of disputes. If the lease is terminated due to the fault of the landlord during the first six months, we will assist you with finding an alternative accommodation for free.
