All our real estate agents have attained higher education, have between twelve and three years of work experience in the real estate industry and speak up to four foreign languages. Everyone on our team has traveled extensively and lived abroad. We focus on developing our people and they respond by staying with us for many years. 			Anya Levitova Managing Partner E-mail: anya@evans.ru Anya is one of the founders of Evans. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Anya is the drive and energy behind our company. She is involved in day-to day operations to ensure high Evans customer service standards. One of her many responsibilities is managing our real estate investment department. Anya also holds a real estate license in the state of New York, USA. She is fluent in Russian, English and German.
			Karina Kheifetz Managing Partner E-mail: karina@evans.ru Karina's entire professional career has been with Evans and real estate. She was one of the founders of the Evans office in Moscow in 1995. For many years she combined her managerial responsibilities with being a successful real estate broker. Having helped hundreds of clients to find a home, Karina shaped the distinctive Evans customer service approach. Among other things Karina is responsible for Evans website and marketing strategy. In 2006 she moved to the US to start an Evans office in New York City. Karina holds an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, speaks fluent Russian and English and some Hebrew.

			Maxim Mokeyev Executive Director E-mail: maxim@evans.ru We were very happy to have Maxim join our management team. Maxim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University's School of Management with a bachelor's degree (BSBA) in International Management and Management Information Systems. After school, he worked for several years as a consultant in the Boston office of Deloitte Consulting providing services to multinational clients in various industries, ranging from high-tech manufacturing to healthcare. At Evans, Maxim is responsible for business development and overall supervision of our Moscow office.
			Violetta Khachaturova Head of Rental Department E-mail: violetta@evans.ru Violetta has been with Evans since 2002. Now, she plays a key role managing our Rental Department. She is the first person to greet a new customer and identify his or her needs. After that, she finds the best broker for each client and manages the entire process of client orientation and property search to ensure the highest level of customer service. Violetta holds a degree in Foreign Languages and is fluent in English.
			Vera Burmistrova Client Manager Sales Department E-mail: VeraB@evans.ru If you plan to buy or sell real estate, Vera is the one, who will assist you in this endeavor. She is always up to date with market situation and will be able to consult you on any aspect of a real estate transaction. Vera lived and worked outside Russia, so she knows how challenging living and working outside your home country can be. 			Maria Gerasimova Real Estate Broker It’s hard to imagine our landlord's liason department without Maria. She is an excellent multi-tasker and has the perfect apartment for each client.
