It was one of the first companies created to address the market need for refurbished to Western standards and professionally managed real estate in Moscow. In 1995, Evans acquired its present name, and since August 1997 the company has been owned and managed by the Russian managing partners. Now, Evans is one of the leading full-service real estate companies with offices in Moscow, Russia and New York City, United States.

Evans is a member of American Chamber of Commerce and Association of European Businesses in Russia. Our New York branch holds membership in the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and Manhattan Association of REALTORS (MANAR).
